TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NIFTYCREWS (“us”, “we”, “our”) website and related services are in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions set out as below and on the website.

1. Terms of Sales

  • By placing an order with NIFTYCREWS, you are offering to purchase a product.
  • All information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
  • NIFTYCREWS reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) in question is out of stock.
  • We also reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered, and to refuse service to you without prior notification.

2. Ordering

  • To place an order with NIFTYCREWS, kindly select the correct product(s) in the correct colours/sizes before completing the check out process.
  • You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. In the event that an incorrect product/colour/size is ordered, NIFTYCREWS shall not be held liable to amend/cancel any confirmed orders.
  • All merchandise are subjected to availability. In the event that the item(s) is not available, we will inform you within 5 working days from the order date.
  • Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. NIFTYCREWS shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days from the order date (unless otherwise stated).

3. Price & Payments

  • Prices quoted are all in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • In the event that an item is displayed with incorrect price, NIFTYCREWS reserves the rights to cancel any orders with the incorrect price, regardless of the order being or had been processed successfully.
  • We accept payment methods like Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Grab Pay and PayNow.
  • In the event that a refund is required, refunds will be processed via the original mode/method of payment.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Local deliveries are currently free of charge. In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete shipping address, relevant shipping charges (Standard Courier Shipping SGD 6.00) will be requested for the re-delivery of your package.

5. Defective/Incorrect Items

  • We would like to extend our sincere apologies for any defective or incorrect items being sent to you.
  • Please do drop us an email with a clear snapshot of the defect or incorrect item at hello@niftycrews.com within 5 working days of receipt.

6. Exchanges & Returns

  • Please be noted that NIFTYCREWS currently do not offer any exchanges and returns at the moment.
  • In the event that you received a defect or incorrect item, please refer to Point 5.

7. Discount Codes

  • No refunds will be made for cases where you have failed to enter the discount code after the order has been confirmed.
  • Expiry dates of discount codes are strictly non-extendable.

8. Product Measurements

  • Measurements provided on our website are taken as accurately as possible. Please understand that discrepancies may still be present due to the nature of the mass-manufacturing process.
  • Measurements stated may vary between the range of 0.5″ – 0.75″. In such cases, the product will not be deemed as defective, thus, exchange requests will not be accepted.

9. Product Images

  • The actual colours of the products you see depends on the resolution of your monitor screen, the colours of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.
  • NIFTYCREWS strives to edit the product images as accurately as possible.
  • In such cases, the product will not be deemed as defective, thus, exchange requests will not be accepted.
